oops + A Link Between Worlds

I missed posting yesterday but I have a completely valid reason-
I was playing A Link Between Worlds.

I guess that isn't a very good reason but anyone that knows how I play new games knows perfectly well why I almost nobody saw hide nor hair of me yesterday.

Also I was honestly expecting it to be a remake of a Link to the Past because of the fact that they used the same map and they've been doing a lot of remakes in the Series but oh was I completely and utterly wrong and I'm so glad I was this game was pretty darn good. It wasn't exactly perfect but it still lived up pretty well to the Series' name. The game flowed well and like the earlier games made you feel like you were in charge of the quest this time instead of tunneling you from A to B. I'mma put the rest of it in the Spoiler box because I know some people haven't played the game yet and I don't wanna get yelled at about it

|   So My probable favorite part of the game is definitely the side quest with the MaiaMai they are too cute
|and I collected them all (I only used Wikipedia for the final four because I would have had to re-rent the
|game to find them ahhahaha) But seriously about the game and storyline itself it was great and really
|Interesting seeing what all could happen to Hyrule if the Triforce had been destroyed. but Generally I liked
|that you could actually stop mid-dungeon and go to another one if you were stuck on the first one (and
|didn't want to use or didn't have the hint Glasses). That's a huge opportunity that a lot of Game Devs are
|missing out on and I can see how it's hard to implement it into a game but ALBW did it beautifully. Ravio's
|role was played out pretty well but I'd really like to know why a bag of rupees was more important than Life
|itself (I have a few theories and the one I like most is hella fucking cute and I might end up drawing it later)
|and I'd like to pretty much just know more of Ravio's Side of the Story in General. I also want to know
|whats up with the bird thing. It's cute but??? what is it.  Aside from that the only thing I can really
|complain about is Rupee Rush but that's only because I'm REALLY bad at Rupee Rush. But in all honesty if
|you played all the minigames (minus Rupee Rush) you were basically being prepared for the final fight with
|Yuga/Ganon. I like that. a really really REALLY subtle foreshadowing and preparation. (also the Cuccoo
|minigame is my favorite ehuehuehu). I'm probably gonna replay in Hero mode tomorrow. Maybe.

In other news I rejected an offer for an Animation gig because the group's Idea was absolutely terrible (Basically a South Park ripoff) and they didn't have the funds to pay me upfront and wanted me to make a ten minute promo video for their kickstarter. Seriously it was an absolutely terrible story idea but I'm not going to get into specifics or name anyone because I'm absolutely sure that these kids were still in high school and Local to me (Which means they're particularly stupid [Not high schoolers in general just most high schoolers local to me]). But yeah not doing stuff without getting the money first and they obviously didn't have anything to pay me.

hmm other than that not much really going on. Still haven't actually gotten the chance to go apply for work at a factory and the one time I did my mom had to go to the ER for pain that she couldn't handle. (and she's literally broken her pinky toe in the grocery store, drove with the same foot, and didn't notice it till she took her socks off when she went to bed that night.) She's ok but she might have ulcers or a hernia or a combination we don't really know yet. But the doctor told her she can't smoke, have spicy things, chocolate, or Caffeine anymore and those are literally staples for her ahhahaha. I got my Xbox out again so that it could help her distract herself from such things and get better but the dickholes I don't want to use it ended up using it anyways (Because they're dickholes).
